RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 7 days maximum from the shipment to return or exchange your purchase under these following conditions:

  •        Item with manufacturing defect.

  •        Item exchange for different size.

  •        Item in new and original condition with tag still attached.

  •        NON-SALE item.

Please note that any exchange is based on stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we can only give you store credit as a refund. We will not proceed your return & exchange that do not meet our policy.

 

HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE

Item purchased online can be returned to NFRT warehouse. Please follow the following steps to return your purchase:

  •        Contact our Customer Service through NFRT website to register a return. Don’t forget to put your order ID on Order Reference column.

  •        You will receive a return form via e-mail from our Customer Service along with our studio address.

  •        Fill out the form and include it to your returned package.

  •        Drop it off at any post office or courier nearby.

  •        Item exchange for different size may cause additional charges. View more details regarding our Shipping Policy here.

 

RECEIVING REFUND

We will proceed the refund when your returned package has arrived to our warehouse. Please be noticed that the refund will be credited as store credit to your NFRT account only (you can use your credit store to purchase another item. If the new item costs cheaper than your credit store, please take into consideration that we cannot redeem the change with cash.  If the new item is more expensive than the former item then you only have pay for the remained bill) Initial shipping costs are not refundable.
